TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1) Information on how to enter the competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2) This competition is being run at Chadstone Shopping Centre, 1341 Dandenong Rd, Chadstone VIC 3148 (the 'Centre').
3) People may enter the competition by completing in full their entry form which can be obtained from a link emailed to VIP Members only. Entry forms must be submitted online. Full name, address, phone number and any other required contact details must be stated clearly on the entry form.
4) Entries must be submitted online during the competition opening hours of 9am Tuesday February 12 – 5.00pm Friday February 29 2008.
5) The competition commences at 9am Tuesday February 12 and concludes at 5.00pm Friday February 29 2008.
6) Only one entry may be submitted per person.
7) Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter, the associated companies and contractors of the Promoter, retailers at the Centre and any other agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
8) An entry that is incomplete, illegible or non-compliant with these terms and conditions is invalid and will not be accepted or considered. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries or claims for the Prize and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry of claim for a prize which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9) The prize consists of [100 double season passes to see Dan In Real Life. Tickets should be presented at the box office and the holder will be entitled to 2 free adult tickets to the same session of Dan In Real Life. Subject to availability. The ticket must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, for sale, or redeemable for cash. Not valid public holidays. Not valid on cinema discount days. Not valid on Saturdays after 5pm. Not valid at Palace Cinemas, Village Cinemas Gold Class, Greater Union Gold Class and Silverscreens & BCC Gold Class Ciinemas, Reading Gold Lounge, Avalon, Collaroy and Warriewood cinemas, Roseville Cinemas, AMC Club Lounge, Hoyts La Premiere and Directors Suite, Hayden Orpheum and Dendy Premium Cinemas (in Canberra). Valid at participating cinemas only. Check newspapers for session details. In cinemas February 14.
10) The winner of the competition will be determined by order.
11) The winner of the Prize will be notified by mail or email within 2 days of the first 100 spots being filled. The names of the winners will also be published on the www.chadstoneshopping.com.au website within two days of the draw.
12) The Prize must be collected within 1 months from the date of the draw. Failure to collect the Prize within this time will result in it being forfeited. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
13) By entering the competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
14) The Promoter's decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.

This competition is being run at Chadstone Shopping Centre, 1341 Dandenong Rd, Chadstone VIC 3148 (the 'Centre').
People may enter the competition by completing an entry form which can be found online at www.chadstoneshopping.com.au/survey or in the Fashion Capital Magazine dropped into letterboxes. Full name, address, phone number and any other required contact details must be stated clearly on the entry form.
Entries must be placed in the entry boxes located within the Centre at Information Counters during the Centres opening hours of 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Wednesday, 9.00am to 9.00pm Thursday and Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm Saturday and Sunday, or posted to Reply Paid (insert) Chadstone 3148 VIC, or completed online at www.chadstoneshopping.com.au/survey for the duration of the competition.
The competition commences at 9.00am on 14 September 2007 and concludes at Midnight on 14 October 2007.
Only one entry may be submitted per person.

The Prizes must be collected within 3 months from the date of the draw. Failure to collect the Prizes within this time will result in it being forfeited. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
