EXPERIENCE THE BEAUTY OF AUSTRALIA’S NATURAL WONDERS COMPETITION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1) Information on how to enter the competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.

2) This competition is being run at the following shopping centres - NSW: Ballina Fair Shopping Centre; Chatswood Chase Shopping Centre; The Entertainment Quarter; Lake Haven Shopping Centre; Salamander Bay Shopping Centre; QLD: Beenleigh Shopping Centre; Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre; Grand Plaza Shopping Centre; Mt Pleasant Shopping Centre ; The Myer Centre Brisbane; Queens Plaza; Runaway Bay Shopping Centre; SA: Castle Plaza Shopping Centre; Elizabeth Shopping Centre; Golden Grove Village Shopping Centre; Ingle Farm Shopping Centre; The Myer Centre Adelaide; TAS: Eastlands Shopping Centre; VIC: Altona Gate Shopping Centre; Bayside Shopping Centre; Bendigo Marketplace; Brimbank Shopping Centre; Broadmeadows Shopping Centre; Chadstone Shopping Centre; Corio Shopping Centre; Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre; Northland Shopping Centre; Rosebud Plaza; WA: Midland Gate Shopping Centre; Rockingham Shopping Centre (the 'Centre').

3) People who purchase a Gift Card at the Centre may enter the competition by completing an entry form which can be obtained from the customer service desk or Centre Management. Original receipts evidencing purchase must be presented to the customer service desk or Centre Management and entry forms will be validated on sight of the receipt. Full name, address, phone number and any other required contact details must be stated clearly on the entry form.

4) Entries must be placed in the entry box located within the Centre at the Customer Service desk and/or Centre Management office during the Centre opening hours for the duration of the competition by 31 December 2008.

5) The competition commences at 9.00am on 3 November 2008 and concludes at midnight on 31 December 2008.

6) Only one entry may be submitted per person and per purchase of a Gift Card from the Centre.

7) The entrant must be 18 years of age or over. 

8) Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter, the associated companies and contractors of the Promoter, and any other agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

9) An entry that is incomplete, illegible or non-compliant with these terms and conditions is invalid and will not be accepted or considered.  The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries or claims for the Prize and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry of claim for a prize which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

10) There are two prizes each consisting of a holiday package for five nights accommodation for two adults at the Cable Beach Club Resort in Broome, Western Australia and a $1000 travel agent’s voucher for airfares.

11) Each prize is valued at approximately $4,055 (‘the Prize’).

12) Accommodation at Cable Beach Club Resort is subject to availability and valid from #DATE# until May 31st 2009 (excluding Western Australian school holidays).

13) A $1000 voucher for airfares will be issued from a travel agent at the winner’s nearest Colonial First State Property Management shopping centre. In the instance where the winner/s chosen shopping centre does not have a travel agent and there is not another Colonial First State Property Management shopping centre nearby that a voucher can be issued for, the winner be provided with a $1000 Flight Centre voucher.

14) The winners of the competition will be determined by draw. The first two valid entries drawn will win the Prize. The draw will take place at 12.00pm on 23 January 2009 at 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone VIC 3148. 

15) The winners of the prize will be notified by mail and/or telephone within two days of the draw.  The name and address of the winner will also be published in The Australian newspaper within two days of the draw.

16) The Prize must be collected within three months from the date of the draw.  Failure to collect the Prize within this time will result in it being forfeited.  The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

17) By entering the competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable. 

18) The Promoter's decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.

19) The promoter is Colonial First State Property Management Pty Ltd (ACN 101 504 045) at 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone VIC 3148 ('Promoter').

20) Authorised under permit numbers 08/4629 (VIC), LTPS/08/09886 (NSW) and T08/4090 (SA).

Privacy Statement
By entering the promotion, unless otherwise stated by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future marketing and publicity purposes, including using this information in delivering marketing communications on behalf of the Promoter via mail or SMS for future marketing and publicity purposes, including for the purposes of conducting trade promotions and to announce the winning entrant without any future reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. 

All personal details of the entrant will be stored at the offices of the Promoter.  A request to access, update correct or remove any information should be directed to that office.

Towel Set Giveaway Promotion
Terms and Conditions
1
. Information on how to participate and prize details set out in all communications regarding the Towel set ("Towel Set") Giveaway Promotion ("Promotion") form part of the Terms and Conditions.  By claiming a Towel Set, a participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these Terms and Conditions are final and binding.
2. The Promoter is MasterCard Asia/Pacific (Australia) Pty Ltd, ABN 95 108 603 345, L10 146 Arthur Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060, Australia.

3. The Promotional Period for this Promotion commences on 1 November 2008 and ends on 30 November 2008, or earlier if all Bags are claimed prior to that date.

4. To be eligible to redeem a Towel Set, persons who hold a valid MasterCard (being a standard, gold, platinum or co-branded MasterCard card, other than a commercial card) must spend a total of $450 or more on their MasterCard (which amount will not include cash withdrawals) during the Promotional Period at any stores located within Chadstone Shopping Centre.  The $450 may be spent in any number of transactions during the Promotional Period, but all purchases must be made with the same MasterCard card.

5. Towel sets are valued at $35 each. The total prize pool is $24,500.

6. Stocks are limited to 700 Towel Set.  In the event that all Towel Sets are claimed, no alternative or additional prizes will be offered.

7. Customers may redeem their Towel Set at Chadstone Shopping Centre until 15 December 2008 in respect of purchases made during the Promotional Period, unless all Bags are claimed prior to that date.


8. To redeem a Towel Set, an eligible MasterCard cardholder must present to the Chadstone Shopping Centre information desk the store receipt  relating to each of the transactions referred to in clause 4, along with their MasterCard card used.

9. The Chadstone information desk staff will stamp or sign the receipts presented pursuant to clause 8 and the receipts may not be re-used for the purposes of the Promotion.

10. Towel Sets are not redeemable for cash, credit or anything else.

11. MasterCard does not assume any responsibility for any products and services offered under, or purchased to participate in, the Promotion. The products are sold and services are provided solely by the relevant vendors, under such terms and conditions as determined by such vendors, and MasterCard accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with such products and services. The products and services have not been certified by MasterCard and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any product or service in the Promotion be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such product or service by MasterCard.

12. Except for warranties and conditions implied by law which cannot be excluded, MasterCard makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or suitability of any Towel Sets awarded under these Terms and Conditions. Certain legislation may imply conditions or warranties which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified except to a limited extent.  In this event, to the extent permitted by law, MasterCard's liability is limited to, as its option: (i) the replacement of the Towel Set or the supply of an equivalent prize; or (ii) the payment, if it does not contravene any law, of the cost of the replacement or supply.

13. The participants acknowledge that MasterCard and its members, financial institutions, associated agencies and companies and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the participant's participation in the Promotion or a participant's receipt or use of a Bag, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. MasterCard, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or modify the Promotion at any time.

15. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes each participant's consent to MasterCard's use of the participant's name, likeness, opinions and address for: (1) any future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without further payment or consideration or notice; or (2) any disclosure of such information by MasterCard required by law, and it is a condition of entry that in order to claim a Towel Set, a participant must agree to execute any necessary consents and releases to effect the foregoing.

16. Information collected pursuant to the Promotion from participants is subject to the privacy policies of MasterCard, which can be found at www.mastercard.com.au and will be handled in accordance with all applicable laws in Australia.

Gourmet Goodie Bag Giveaway Promotion
Terms and Conditions


1. Information on how to participate and prize details set out in all communications regarding the Gourmet Goodie Bag (Bag) Promotion form part of the Terms and Conditions.  By claiming a Bag, a participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these Terms and Conditions are final and binding.

2. The Promotional Period for this Promotion commences on 9am on 29 October 2008 and ends at 5pm on 9 November 2009, or earlier if all Bags are claimed prior to that date.

3. To be eligible to redeem a Bag, persons must spend a total of $50 or more  (which amount will not include cash withdrawals, deposits, bills or memberships) during the Promotional Period at any of the new fresh food specialty stores located within Chadstone Shopping Centre.  The $50 may be spent in any number of transactions during the Promotional Period.

4. Specialty stores included in the promotion are: Autobarn, Bakers Delight, Boutique Le Vin, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Contours, Dick Smith, Endota Day Spa, Entice Yoghurt, Escape Travel, Evoshop, Eyescan, Ferguson Plarre, Fisch, Fish Deli, Fitness First, Goldcross, Granite Deli, H&R Block, Helen Dillon, Jasper Coffee, Jones he Grocer, Juice Station, Kathmandu, King of Knives, Le Desire, Louis’ Eastern Health, Mrs Fields, Oriental Tea House, Oxfam, Pets At Home, Provincial Home Living, RACV, Rainbow Meats, Sensease, Simon Johnson, Supa News, Sweet As, Sweet Temptations, Tangelo Fine Foods, Temptation Pies, Tender Trap Tapas Bar, The General Trader, The Hearing Space, Theobroma Chocolate Lounge, TLC Dry Cleaning, Un Caffe Bar, Value Health, Wheel and Barrow, Wine Lovers Warehouse, Wishbone, Wrappings, Yumi Sushi. If a store is not included in this list, it is not included in the promotion.


5. Stocks are limited to 950 Bags.  Bags are valued at $50 and include; pasta from Simon Johnson, Tea from Oriental Tea House, Chocolate from Theobroma Chocolate Lounge and Jam from Tangelo Fine Foods. In the event that all Bags are claimed, no alternative or additional prizes will be offered.

6. Customers may redeem their receipts for a Bag at Chadstone Shopping Centre until 9 November 2008 in respect of purchases made during the Promotional Period, unless all Bags are claimed prior to that date.

7. Only one Bag may be redeemed by each customer who meets the requirements in clause 3.

8. To redeem a Bag, a customer must present to the Chadstone Shopping Centre information desk in the fresh food precinct the store receipt and the EFTPOS receipt relating to each of the transactions referred to in clause 3.

9. The Chadstone information desk staff in the fresh food precinct will stamp or sign the receipts presented pursuant to clause 8 and the receipts may not be re-used for the purposes of the Promotion.
