
Here’s your chance to get up close and experience culinary perfection first hand At The Capital. Through a series of hands-on cooking classes, you will learn how to create restaurant quality dishes at home thanks to the help of Celebrity Chef Martin Boetz of Longrain, Chris Badenoch from Masterchef and our elite Fresh Food and Dining Chefs.
For three days only, see your favourite recipes brought to life as our experts demonstrate how to create their signature dishes and then let you loose in the kitchen to recreate the dish yourself!
When: Friday 15, Saturday 16 & Sunday 17 February
Class Times: 10am – 6pm (Book your 1 hour session)
Location: Lower level, outside Zara
Cost: $10 - $20 (The cost of each class includes the ingredients, materials and equipment you will need to recreate the signature dish.)
All ticket proceeds will be donated to supporting STREAT- a social enterprise providing homeless youth with a supported pathway to long-term careers in the hospitality industry.
