By road

If travelling to Chadstone by road, direct access is available from the Princes Highway coming from either the City or Dandenong directions. The Monash Freeway also provides easy access from the Warrigal Road exit, from either direction. If travelling from the City, exit and turn right into Warrigal Road (left if travelling from Dandenong), and turn right into Middle Road, leading directly into the Chadstone Shopping Centre car park. Chadstone is signposted along this route.

A Taxi rank is available on the City side of the Centre, and a Taxi Courtesy Telephone is located just inside the Bi-Lo entrance for collection from that side of the Centre.

Parking

Chadstone boasts the largest shopping centre car park in Australia, with over 8,500 free car parking spaces, many of which are undercover.

A number of parking spaces for the Mobility Impaired are located adjacent all Centre entrances. The Centre also has a number of parking spaces allocated for Parents with Prams. Clear colour-coded car parking signage directs to all major car parks. Signage at the entrances to the Centre reminds customers of which car park they are entering/leaving. For easy identification, the car parks are named after the major stores nearest to them.

The Chadstone Road and Middle Road exits close at 10pm each evening.

By train

Chadstone Shopping Centre is located close to three suburban train stations – Oakleigh, Hughesdale and Murrumbeena. These stations are accessible on the Dandenong, Cranbourne or Pakenham train lines, leaving City stations regularly. A short bus trip completes the journey to Chadstone from these stations. Chadstone is located in Zone 1 of the metropolitan fare system. For the more energetic, the Hughesdale station is only a short 5-10 minute walk along Poath Road to Chadstone Shopping Centre.
