Customer service desks are located on the ground nearby Jag and Harry & Larry's. Our friendly staff will assist you with a range of services including Lost and Found Property, store information and directories and the hire of Kiddie Kart ride on trolleys.

Stroller & Wheelchair Hire
Strollers & Wheelchairs are available for hire from the Customer Service Desks free of charge, with approved identification.
Single and double strollers are available, as are both Manual and Motorised wheelchairs. Bookings are recommended as numbers are limited. Please phone the Customer Service Desk on 9567 1023.
Baby Change Rooms
Baby Change Rooms are well equipped with changing tables, bottle warming facilities, microwaves and toilets for your convenience.
Toilets
Toilets are located throughout the centre for your convenience, including facilities for people with disabilities and baby changing rooms.
Water Saving at Chadstone
With a commitment to environmental sustainability focusing on water preservation, Chadstone - The Fashion Capital commissioned the Yarra Valley Savewater! Efficiency Service - with Water Management Plan recommendations being implemented in November 2003.
As a result, we have now saved 30 million litres of water, a saving of 14% over the last three years (despite a foot traffic increase of 2-3% annually).This has been achieved by implementing the below simple water saving measures:
- Pressure flow control / reduction valves on all taps and faucets
- Installation of waterless urinals, replacing 30 standard urinals which will equate to a water saving of 2 milllion litres annually
- Installation of rain sensors, which detect when rainfall has occurred and prevents garden sprinklers from activating
In recognition of the above, Water Minister John Thwaites presented the Yarra Valley Sustainability Commendation Award "for achieving significant water savings", to the centre on Wednesday 25 October, 2006.
Chadstone continues its strong commitment to working with Yarra Valley Water and the State Government, as we embrace Stage 3 Water restrictions.

Chadstone - The Fashion Capital is home to nearly 400 stores including Myer and David Jones. Both local and international and international designers are represented with names such as: Alannah Hill, Anthea Crawford, A/X Armani Exchange, Bettina Liano, Bracewell, Carla Zampatti, Carolyn Taylor, Charlie Brown, CK Jeans, CK Underwear, David Lawrence, Decjuba, FCUK, Hugo Boss, Jigsaw, Kookai, Laura Ashley, Lisa Ho, Max & Co, Morrissey, Mossimo, Oroton, Quiksilver, Roxy Polo Ralph Lauren, Saba and Veronica Lodge.
Sass & Bide, Bare by Rebecca Davies and Easton Pearson can be found exclusively at David Jones, while Leona Edminston and Wayne Cooper are exclusive to Myer.
Make time for Entertainment
As well as all the biggest names in fashion, Chadstone also offers entertainment for the whole family. Located on the lower level of the Centre is a precinct designed entirely for fun. There you'll find a 16 cinema Hoyts Megaplex, the AMF Bowl, Borders Books Music Cafe, plus other great cafes, bars and funky clothing stores.
Art, Architecture & Food
Chadstone is equally famed for its award winning architecture, luxurious fixtures, prized sculpture collection, relaxed environment and spacious Galleria which makes it a wonderful place to browse, shop, relax and enjoy a coffee at Koko Black, or a casual meal at Sapore Cafe. Two international food courts provide a wide range of cuisine from sushi to kebabs.
Visitor Passport Savings
If you are a country*, interstate or overseas visitor to Melbourne you're entitled to discounts of up to 30% from nearly 200 retailers. Collect your free Visitor Passport from one of the Customer Service Desks and have it stamped for endorsement. Make sure you bring some ID, like a drivers licence or passport, confirming your visitor status. Chadstone is 12 minutes from Melbourne CBD on Citylink and approximately 35 minutes by taxi from Melbourne Airport.
*To qualify as a country visitor you must reside 50km from Chadstone.
E-Vouchers
